The reaction conditions of hydrogenation of tetrachlorosilane require high temperature and high pressure, high energy consumption, and serious corrosion of equipment. At present, the main production method of trichlorosilane is boiling oxidation method。

This project adopts the boiling oxidation method, which is prepared by the reaction of high-purity hydrogen chloride gas with monomer silicon at a certain temperature and pressure, mainly including the preparation of hydrogen chloride, synthesis of trichlorosilane, gas-solid separation, synthesis gas condensation, rectification and purification。
